Yoga at Rhythmix

Take time to move, breathe and connect with yourself. Retrain your body for better balance and alignment to avoid injury. Melt your stress away with this fun alignment based yoga class. Focus will be on gaining balance, strength and flexibility through longer-held poses and then ending with deep relaxation. Modifications will be given to accommodate various experience levels. Leave feeling grounded and relaxed. Dress in moveable layers, bring a yoga sticky mat, 2 blocks, a yoga strap, and 3 Mexican blankets (or a yoga bolster and a blanket) for props. Use of props will be explained and encouraged.
